Once the payment process has been completed, items will be shipped via Canada Post. Canada Post determines shipping charges. Secret Bow is not liable for any damaged, lost, stolen or delayed items(s) that may occur during the carriers transportation. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue if the carrier deems the missing parcel as Lost. To be eligible for free shipping you must have a sub total of $150. USA shipments are not eligible for free shipping right now.
Claims for returns must be made within 2 days of receiving the item(s). Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number in order to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and return instructions. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. Canada Post or UPS) and retain a receipt. Items returned without a proper RA# will be returned back to the customer.
All returns must be received back to Secret Bow within 14 days.
Returned products must be in the same condition and in the original packaging as when they were originally purchased and delivered. Refunds are provided in consideration of original method of payment.
Items already reduced and on sale are final sale.
Refunds do not include return shipping costs. Returned items and return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.

If your package appears to be tampered with or your item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within the first 48 hours of receipt to remedy the situation as efficiently as possible. Submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following information: the order number, when you received the package, and details of the tampering. Should the item(s) be removed from the shipping box, any warranties will no longer be valid.
Secret Bow is not responsible for any customer misuse that may cause damage to your items.
Due to unique monitor settings, actual items may not be exactly as shown. Secret Bow strives to provide the best representation in terms of colours and size.
Should you receive an item that is the wrong colour, size or style, and it is due to Secret Bow’s error, we will gladly exchange the item free of charge. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving item(s) by sending us an email to email@example.com. Proof must be obtained stating the error to be qualified for an exchange. Item(s) must be returned, in original condition and approved before a replacement is sent. Secret Bow will reimburse the customer for shipping if it is indeed our error.
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Secret Bow will take up to 72 hours to process your order. You will only be able to modify your order in that time period. When your order has been shipped, you will be notified by a second email. You will not be able to change or cancel your order once that email has been received and your item(s) have been shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing an order, as we are unable to redirect goods once they have been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and weather. Tracking numbers are included with your order. To track your shipment status, please visit www.canadapost.ca unless otherwise stated by Secret Bow.
To ensure the safe arrival of your item(s), Canada Post will require you to sign their Signature Confirmation Slip upon delivery. Failure to provide a valid signature will result in a delay in receiving your item(s).
During the holiday season, (October through December), avoid disappointment by placing your order early. Secret Bow wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on an extraordinary gift!
